Who you are contracting with
iRevoL is operated by Viktor Nagy (“Viktor Nagy”, “we”, “us”, “our”). When you create an account or make a purchase, the contract for your use of the service is formed between you and Viktor Nagy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Agreement to these terms
By accessing or using iRevoL, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
The service
iRevoL is a breathwork web application that guides you into a state of harmony through synchronized sound, light and breath. It includes a daily RevoL Time goal, accumulated practice statistics, guided activities, and an optional one-time paid access purchase. The current offer is shown in the app before checkout.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links and credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital consent age in your country, to create an account.
Your licence to use iRevoL
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use iRevoL within the plan you have selected, for your personal use.
- You may not reverse engineer the service, except where permitted by law.
- You may not resell, redistribute or sublicense access to the service.
- You may not circumvent technical limits, usage quotas or access controls.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse iRevoL. In particular, you must not:
- use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
- engage in fraud, spam or deceptive practices;
- infringe the intellectual property or other rights of us or any third party;
- interfere with the security of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping content or data;
- harass, abuse or harm other users where interactive features are available.
Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of iRevoL, including its software, audio and visual content, design, documentation and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you; you receive only the licence described above.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them freely to improve and promote the service, without any obligation to you.
Payments and paid access
Founder Lifetime is a one-time lifetime purchase limited to the first 555 completed customers. After those places are allocated, the offer changes to a one-time 5-Year Membership limited to the next 55,555 completed customers. Neither offer is a subscription or renews automatically.
Payment, billing, invoicing and applicable taxes are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. The mechanics of payment, billing and tax are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. The price shown at checkout includes the taxes applicable to your location.
Money-back guarantee and refunds
Paid access comes with a 55-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 55 days of your order date. See our Refund Policy for details.
Service availability
We work to keep iRevoL available and enjoyable, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features over time and will try to give reasonable notice of major changes.
Health notice
iRevoL supports relaxation and breathing practice. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. If you have a respiratory, cardiovascular or other health condition, or if you are pregnant, consult your doctor before practising breathwork. Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies.
You may stop using the service at any time. If your access is terminated for a material breach, any licence granted to you ends immediately.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service in violation of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or content you make available through the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes within the app or on this page. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Slovak Republic, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
