Why I built iRevoL

I grew up in a small village in Central Europe and started out doing manual work, without a clear path to building a life I could truly love. I spent years working, building and investing deeply in self-development, chasing the money and freedom I thought would finally make life feel complete. Instead, I burned out again and again, until one burnout brought me frighteningly close to jumping from a window.

Then I discovered coherent breathing and experienced how it can bring respiratory and cardiovascular rhythms into closer synchrony, giving Harmony a physical, practical meaning and helping me live more and force less.

I’m now in my fifth year of exploring and creating ways to bring coherent breathing into everyday life without having to consciously manage every breath. That journey became iRevoL: both a tool and a mission for greater Harmony between work, health, relationships and everything else that shapes a life.

So people can live a life they truly love.
